I am a fleet professional with strong management and leadership skills, in both organized and non-organized labor units. I have over 20 years experience in the, Fixed Route Transit, Para Transit, fleet operations environments. Management experience within both a signal & multiple facility fleet maintenance operations. Responsible for oversight of maintaining 265 fixed routes 40, 45 & 60 foot vehicles, in addition all support vehicles within one operation facility. In addition responsible for maintaining Hybrid fleet (90 units) 40 & 60 foot electrical EP/40 Allison, ISE, Blue ways systems to ensure compliance of all preventative maintenance and warranties recoveries for the fleet. My expertise includes various manufactures including Ford, International, MCI, NOVA, Gillig, Wright Group, Alexander Dennis, NABI, New Flyer, Champion, and Eldorado National Transit Buses. I have an extensive background in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance warranty recoveries with all above listed OEM’s. Additionally I have a significant background in environmental compliance, ADA, OSHA, and D.O.T. rules and regulations. My expertise includes managing fleet departments within a team environment focus on cost containment through rigid preventative maintenance standards, purchasing, education,training, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. I also have an extensive background in the fleet budget preparation and life cycle analysis.
