The group provided top-tier product support and documentation to the operations group and sales staff. Participated fully in systems analysis and design, development, testing and documentation of telephony conferencing software, systems, and supporting applications. Development process tools included Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins and Sumo. Development environment was multi-threaded applications and services using Java, Visual C++, and Visual C# running under both Windows and Linux within Amazon Web Services (AWS). The core conferencing software was event-driven using finite state machines (FSMs) which accessed data systems using web services and various communications protocols. Awarded “Club PGi” in 2017 for the design and development of PGi's world-wide linked conferencing system and assisting in the linking of PGi's system with Microsoft Skype for Business. Recently, had built a Microsoft Teams Integration Bot in Visual C# and Visual C++ that allows bridging of PGi's conferencing system with Microsoft Teams conferences using SIP and real-time handling of audio over RTP to include resampling, transcoding, digit detection, and playing audio files. My team also recently built and deployed a public edge system to allow secure communications from WebRTC and SIP/TLS clients over the public Internet into our conferencing system including audio relay services via TURN.
