Bryan was an intern in our team of Business Analytics & Sales Systems team BENELUX from June until December 2019. Right from the start, Bryan was very eager to learn and challenged the status quo. He also looked at problems with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach. Due to his eager mentality, he supported us wherever he could, always wanting to learn more and also delivered pragmatic reports about an important KPI that will increase visibility for the field team, senior managers and general retail. I'm sure that Bryan will have a bright future with this kind of mindset! It was a pleasure having you on the team!

Bryan is one of the most driven people I have come across. He is able to come up with creative ideas for tough problems, and is not someone that backs down from a difficult situation. With a strong work ethic as his cornerstone, there was never a task he could not do.

After my two full front sales experiences in Singapore, working both for a start-up and a SME, my next target was of course to work for a multinational company. Mondelez International, World's Leader in biscuit and chocolate industries was the perfect match with my ambitions. Moreover, I wanted to learn more about corporate processes, exchanges with other departments and learn back office technicals' skills.I would say that I am lucky, indeed, when I arrived at the company my team had a clear project in mind. Thus, they wanted to implement a new global KPI from 2019 and as the Sales Systems' Department, they wanted to find a tool to provide for other departments to follow that KPI.I have worked really hard on that project, it was really challenging because I had to learn fast Excel technical skills and other softwares that they were using to track that KPI. I had to present my reporting tool to the Top Management members of Mondelez Belgium which was really exciting. That internship perfectly matched my expectations in terms of learning points. Moreover, with the project I was involved into, I had the chance to be challenged by high experienced people.

I was charge of the whole business strategy and leads' growth of the company.I have been assigned to create three events. First one was a learning festival involving 6 speakers from all over the world. We managed to bring 100 guests. The aim of this event was to let leaders of Singapore discovering our programs.I also had the opportunity to create two incredible events in Asia, providing "taste" training sessions in two landmarks of Singapore, one on a Yacht going to an island and the other on the Singapore Flyer. I have created everything from the scratch: Brochure to promote it, model messages for our PA to promote it on LinkedIn, Marketing campaign via GetResponse, Event Brite pages and negotiation with both the Yacht vendor and the Singapore Flyer.I also learnt how to use PipeDrive CRM & Xero for the Accounting (I learnt Xero because I asked to, I felt it could be a great occasion for me to learn more about accounting software).

Bid4skill was a small start-up involved in the training industry. I loved my experience there because everything was to do. I started by learning more about that really specific industry which I didn't know at all. After that, I learnt from the trainers/speakers/consultants. Then I began to prospect by all channels I could use: LinkedIn, e-mailing, Networking events, phoning sessions and also door-to-door in ALL buildings that I can enter in Singapore. The company didn't had that much deals since 2018. I was the first to bring a deal in 2019 with one of the e-commerce leader on the Asian market. I was happy about that accomplishment but in April the two investors of the company told me that they are going to close the company. I was so disappointed because I worked really hard to bring my first client into the company. But life is sometimes crazy and things happen for a reason. When I was working for Bid4skill I went to meet Avi Liran (one of the best speaker of Asia and probably in the world) to ask him to work for my client. After 4 hours talk he asked me to join his team. Firstly, I said no to keep my commitment to my start-up but when they told me the company will close, I took that opportunity! At Bid4skill I also learnt how to use Zoho CRM and Trello.
