  Planning Engineer/ Material Engineer: o Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and monitoring construction and implementation of different type of projects like school, multi-purpose buildings, maintenance of roads and bridges including drainage structure.o Study and understand the scope of work from the plans, Bill of quantities and specification in order to prepare the Program of Works.o Using Project Management Tools such as PERT – CPM Scheduling, Bar Chart and S - Curve.o Generate weekly and monthly progress reports also executive reports on status/ accomplishment of projects for the management.o Prepare Cash Flow Diagram on quarterly report for time bound cost.o Analysed time over run and cost overrun (generally done by Cost Engineers in big projects.)o To keep a track of the project and flag the concern during short falls.o Prepare look ahead plan for the Execution team.Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity to all works in accordance with the contract documents and program of works at site;o Supervises and give instruction and related information to construction workers during project development and construction phase;o Performs engineering assignments and related duties and responsibilities as required;
