I had the opportunity to work with Bryan in several capacities over our time at Project Adventure, most recently as colleagues on the Sales and Client Services Team, in his role as Director of Youth and College Programs. We worked in close proximity for much of that time, and I was able to observe his excellent manner with clients, ability to negotiate multiple and significantly varied responsibilities (from sales to facilitating youth to training adults, and maintaining and inspecting challenge courses, all of which are unique jobs in themselves). Bryan was also responsible for successfully creating marketing materials with limited budget, and hiring, training and staffing large numbers of season staff while meeting or exceeding ambitious sales goals.
