This project included a four star, 10-story hotel comprising of 400 plus rooms including five star suites as well as a new grand lobby and an expansion of the existing gaming area which connects to the current casino structure. Exterior façade package included aluminum composite panels, three different curtain wall systems, EIFS, GFRC/Fiber-C rainscreen system, revolving doors, waterproofing, stone, and roofing. Show less

Total square footage for the project was approximately 400,000 sq ft. This property is mixed-use consisting of residential and retail space. Highlights of the project include brick façade integrated with metal paneling, ground floor, storefront, and outdoor amenity spaces at the roof level and courtyard. The Beekman Residences | New York, NY Lead Superintendent for the 51-story luxury tower which comprises 68 residential condos, including two penthouses, and shared amenity spaces with The Beekman Hotel. Pre-task planned and implemented all aspects of work associated with the tower and portions of the hotel. Coordinated and scheduled all necessary inspections. Show less

Project budget over $6 million dollars. Project components/trades include: two stone subcontractors, three millwork companies, steel, concrete, framing, flooring, stairs, and MEPS $6.5 million dollar renovation combining two 3,000 sq ft apartments on Park Avenue.
