• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint/release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings. • Responsible for facilitating the adoption, implementation and sustainability of Agile processes, principles, and practices • Track and communicate team velocity and other development metrics with, and to all affected teams and management • Support product owner with grooming and maintaining product backlogs and working with the team • Track and effectively communicate team velocity and sprint/release to all affected teams and stakeholders • Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs • Determine and remove all obstacles that may interfere with the ability of the team to deliver assigned goals • Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing • Serve as an advisor to teams, leading by example and challenging the status quo • Perform ongoing assessments of the teams' Scrum maturity to inform ongoing support decisions • Partner with Product Owners to ensure vision, roadmap and personas are well-defined and understood. • Ensure team(s) maintains focus on quality and continuous delivery • Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments and progress • Integrate Agile & Lean principles into team practices and work products • Coach Product Owner/team on backlog refinement and prioritization • Utilize team feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and works with team to continuously improve • Innovate with practices and frameworks through experimentation to improve the team and their delivery • Develop understanding and encouragement of team's engineering innovation and improvement (XP engineering practices, DevOps, etc.) • Coach the team to improve collaboration and self-organization Show less
