This included analyzing and reporting on survey data to the business leaders of each of the companies. Working with the API made available by Qualtrics to automate distribution of surveys based on requirements from each company.· Development of Web Base financial reporting based on internal data using a year/month period, using VB.Net development and Stored Procedures. Previously done manually, this report allows business leaders to review internal finances within the company and its sisters companies. Report data was more accurately processed, with a monthly automatic processing behind the data. The report was also made available within the company's portal, with exporting capabilities, removing the need for manual distribution of said report.· Migration of the current customer experience platform to a new platform based on corporate need.· Creation of Reports based on Google Analytics and Adwords Data for BD Teams and Leaders.
