I have dedicated the last 10 years of my life to learning everything there is to know about commercial construction ( specifically shopping centers), insurance advocating, project managing for large shopping centers. I hold 17 industry certifications with 10k + hours of continuing education in how to property handle and dispose of contaminated products, how to create a safe space for customers to walk in and out during construction by creating designated walking areas for customers using danger tape and tall cones, I have my OSHA 40hr, level 1 Xactimate ( I have written over 200 large commercial estimates and 1000+ Residential estimates, large loss project management certification, mold, asbestos and lead paint certifications, ladder safety and many more.
