      In this role we need keep the most high hygiene standard to avoid food contamination also to do the temperature control to hold the quality of them and I do also the management of stock to guarantee the ATP on maximum and avoid missed items in our kitchen too avoiding wast and also Is very important the practice of FIFO as too the knowledge about allergens, as Team Leader I'm need manager people, do rotas to keep the shop opened without spend more time shifts then necessary to reduce the operation cost without lose the quality, I am responsible until to do stock management, do order from our providers and waste control.
