Bruno started in October 2008 in the Radisson Blu Amsterdam Airport Hotel as a waiter in the banqueting department. As the restaurant and banqueting team worked close together, he worked in the restaurant whenever needed. In October 2010 he became a part of the restaurant team as F&B shift leader. He started some projects as monthly F&B promo for the Talavera Restaurant and made a plan to renew the terrace. Bruno, who is highly motivated, very flexible, cheerful and always passionate about his job, continued this positive flow in the F&B department. He was promoted to supervisor in September 2011. He focussed on several projects and he has been my right hand during evening shifts. He focussed on training new staff and he also explained the monthly promotions by giving a short tasting and training to the team. Bruno studied the Dutch language and speaks Dutch to guests and colleagues. Bruno is a great person and appreciated by guests and colleagues, which resulted in becoming employee and coach of the quarter and even coach of the year in 2012. I had the pleasure to work with him for 4 years and I wish Bruno all the best in his career!
