I started with the lead of a team of 5 engineers and a production facility for the aerodynamic modifications of the team’s aircraft for the 2012 Reno Air Races in Nevada (USA). I later started the management of the design and analysis activity for a new aircraft to be produced and used in the 2013 Reno Air Races. The team is now composed of 3 groups of aerodynamic engineers (in SAAB Aerospace, RUAG Aerodynamics and Bionic Surface Technologies), one team of stress and performance engineers, three manufacture facilities supporting the production of the aircraft in Europe and USA. I manage the static, ground and flight test activities under the experimental category.
