      On this job I act as product owner where I'm responsible for improvements in our ODOO ERP system, I'm also responsible for some other internal tool for our Costumer care and marketing team, where we are constantly working on improvements with our internal scrum team, composed by 4 developers in spain and an external team from India (two developers), who work for us, I manage Indian team using Kanban methodology due to the project and contract needs. With the internal team we work with Agile methodologies where we celebrate the ceremonies recommended by SCRUM. Product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum meeting, sprint review, Sprint Retrospective, I also manage a small project, working with an external developer from India and another from Pakistan, both projects are for internal use, developing APIS and part of our front-end tools.
