  The company that is part of the multinational group Piovan designs and supplies turnkey automation systems in the food and plastic processing sector. Progema's activity is focused on the production of automation software (PLC / Scada / PC) which constitutes the core business and gathers its history and tradition, but, in support of the main activity, a production structure was developed able to supply electrical panels and industrial plants. The business is divided equally between the companies of the group, mainly oriented to the plastic sector and to the direct market where Progema has a consolidated tradition in the food sector (mills and pasta factories). In the current position, in addition to the general management of the company, I deal with a series of organizational processes aimed at a transition to an industrial operating structure. This result, necessary in a vision of substantial growth in the medium term, constitutes my goal for the coming years.
