CoCriar has been active for more than ten years in the design and articulation of spaces for genuine collaboration that expand the capacity for collective understanding and action on complex issues. As a consultant, I design and facilitate dialogue spaces that support organizations and groups in solving challenges that require participation and collaboration.

Transitions in the mining sector in Chile: How to take advantage of the transformative potential of civil society and institutions? - Sharing knowledge on participatory approaches applied in the relationship between companies and impacted communities with the multidisciplinary group of researchers. - Research on international frameworks for socioenvironmental responsibility and voluntary commitments adopted by extractive companies. - Discussing the results of each of the research axes with the multidisciplinary group during weekly feedback meetings, including the criteria for selecting cases of conflict with mining companies in Chile.

From 2016 to 2019 I was in charge, with two colleagues, of the development of a go local movement in Belo Horizonte - Nossa Grama Verde. We were recognized as an important player in promoting local and sustainable consumption and thus were invited to join important cultural festivals and public events. Through 17 editions of a local and sustainable Fair and several campaigns, we impacted hundreds of independent entrepreneurs. The influence of the movement led us to be chosen by the Municipal Tourism Company (Belotur) to receive a survey on the potentiality of local consumption in promoting tourism to the city. The initiative was broadcasted on major Brazilian press such as TV Globo, G1 and Estado de Minas.

The Sustainable Barcarena Initiative was created with the aim of building spaces for dialogue and coordination of joint actions between the different actors of the city of Barcarena - PA (residents of rural communities, employees of industries located in the territory, members of the government and other social organizations with local action) for conflict resolution and positive impact generation in the city. Among my responsibilities were the mobilization and articulation of local actors; preparation, facilitation and systematization of meetings and workshops; strategic planning of IBS' activities and design of the project's internal governance structure. The Sustainable Barcarena Initiative was made possible by Norsk Hydro.

Digital Marketing Analyst

For two and a half years, I was part of the digital communications team of the Institute, responsible for producing content and managing all social networks besides the website, creating videos, developing digital campaigns, analyzing statistics, investing in online media, managing the Institute’s mailing and other activities. During this period, we grow in numbers and engagement in all channels; launched the new website and blog; supported the development of Friends of Inhotim Program; built partnerships with Google, Facebook and Instagram; developed hotsites and campaigns about topics such as the annual opening of new exhibitions, the International Seminar of Art and Education, Environmental Week and others. Besides being responsible for the digital communications strategy, I supported the press agents and the advertising area, receiving national and international journalists, interviewing artists and contributing with the development of printed material and the park’s signaling.
