I believe today’s business leaders can elevate their organization to greatness if – and it’s a big if – they allow the enormous human potential sitting right in front of them to become the rising tide that lifts all of the business – engaged in spirit and aligned with practices promoting honor, character, and core human values. By addressing “the big if," we facilitate comprehensive thinking inspired by a favorite quote from Albert Einstein: "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them." We build on Einstein’s principle and see organizational culture as a space of belief, and we reason that leaders cannot be open to discovering new beliefs as long as they're standing in the old place, the current culture. They need to make a quantum shift to a different place, first in thinking and then in philosophy, principles, and practices. By doing that, they can begin to elevate business through the brilliance of the human potential in their organization. I have served as a consultant and trusted advisor for innovative leaders in many industries including finance and consulting, health care, manufacturing, real estate, retail, trade and industry associations, and social entrepreneurship. If leaders are to be successful I believe they must create organizational cultures and strategies that work together for a higher purpose. Only brilliant cultures deliver brilliant performance. At Fritch Consulting, we facilitate a quantum shift for leadership, away from what is to what can be––a new paradigm, a new place of growth. Contact me at Bruce@FritchConsulting.com, (704) 577-2321.
