I have known Bruce Thomas since 1984 when we both were selected as Freshman Council members at the University of Georgia. We later because Orientation leaders together and I worked with Bruce everyday. He is an enthusiastic, inspirational leaders that exudes authenticity. I have been able to follow Bruce through his Non-Profit work and watch him start a children, family, & residential services organization serving 700+ orphans. He has raised an annual budget of approximately 1.5 million dollars from US and EU sources and managed a staff 45+ nationals, 30+ international missionaries, and three international boards. He is clear on his vision as a leader and influences his team to align with this vision. Bruce sees the best and people and coaches to strengths. He is influential in his fund-raising efforts and works tirelessly. An organization would be fortunate to hire someone with Bruce's skills in the non-profit arena. He is passionate about everything he does. Sincerely, Laura Soscia Accelerated Leadership Group

Bruce Thomas is an exceptional human being with many amazing gifts. Professional fundraising, mission leadership, international leadership, and taking care of mission teams are among his many strengths. Any organization in need of a leader who is extremely motivated, incredibly accomplished and running over with energy and passion would find Bruce a tremendous asset to its operations. I am happy to speak with anyone personally about Bruce, as I cannot possibly describe his many talents in one paragraph. He is a very special person with unlimited potential.
