  Bruce heads up the City based arm of the Group's Jersey law practice. He has extensive experience in structuring and advising on a range of investment funds, corporate, real estate finance, banking and structured finance transactions. Prior to joining Bedell Group Bruce spent five years with another Jersey law firm. Before focussing on Jersey law, Bruce spent five years with Dundas & Wilson specialising in corporate and banking transactions and two years at Standard Life where he worked on corporate and regulatory matters relating to Standard Life's international businesses and on the company's demutualisation and flotation.
