Erickson Bakery (Bimbo Bakery) is an Industrial Automated Bread Bakery with a wide variety of industrial food processing equipment, including continuous process bread dough mixing equipment and associated food grade pumps, hydraulic driven motors for an Ampflo bread dough forming system, food grade heavy duty wide belt conveyors, industrial bread dough proofing systems, industrial bread baking oven, industrial bread loaf slicing equipment, bread crouton slicing/baking oven/vertical food grade plastic sectioned conveyor/bread Hammer mill/plastic poly & cellophane bagging system for croutons.As a Maintenance Mechanic I kept all of the above equipment running 24 hours a day performing time sensitive troubleshooting and repairs of same, along with frequently performing planned maintenance on many of the food processing pieces of equipment while they were in operation. I also assisted in the design and construction of built from scratch conveyor systems, including arc welding, drilling, lubricating high temperature conveyors inside continuous process bread baking ovens with industrial graphite oiling equipment.
