Bruce provided me and my clients with an additional level of clinical and analytic support. For strategic accounts, I would engage Bruce to perform a data analysis of cost trends and cost drivers and ask him to develop a medical action plan detailing specific steps that a client could take to improve quality and reduce costs. Bruce had a wonderful ability of prioritizing his recommendations and then presenting them to the client clearly and thoroughly in written reports and presentations. Unlike many physicians, Bruce was able to connect with a non-clinical members of the audiance so that they understood the content without being talked-down to. Bruce was a trusted advisor on many key accounts and his efforts lead to stronger performance for our clients and higher levels of client satisfaction, retention and growth for our business. I'd welcome the opportunity to work with Bruce again.

I worked with Bruce in my capacity as Medical Director, Strategic Initiatives, Pfizer Health Solutions. We engaged Bruce and his colleagues at D2 Hawkeye to provide consultative services and program design for a predictive model to be implemented in a large statewide Medicaid disease management program. Bruce provided content expertise, in the process design and outcome analytics. He was professional, and displayed a genuine interest in the success of the project. I would highly recommend Bruce to serve in this capacity to anyone interswetd in advanced healthcare IT services, strategy and analytics in the space of HIT
