Bruce worked with me on budget,managing my PPD, and helped increase my working knowledge of finance and planning. The best part was that he blended his incredible expertise with true compassion for the residents and families. Bruce even became certified as a nursing assistant so that he would have a better understanding of their role and the challenges of the workforce.
