As director I have served as a national consultant on implementation and physician champion for implementation of a comprehensive ICU care initiative, the ICU liberation Campaign (Society of Critical Care Medicine). Developed various protocols including sedation, spontaneous awaking and breathing trials, mobility and family rounding.
