As a race car fabrication company, we build some of the fastest and most unique cars, trucks, and off-road vehicles. Our mission is simple: honor the racers who came before us. ● Supervise accounts payable and receivable activities for managing cash flows valued at $2M by implementing new processes to handle billing of customer projects leads and faster project cost tracking. ● Handle administrative travel logistics for 8 events/year ranging from 1-10 days by organizing flights, rentals, hotels, meals, etc. while staying organized to ensure everyone has an efficient itinerary. ● Serve as the on-site rep at events for 3 teams while ensuring each car goes through registration and inspection procedures issue-free while letting crew chiefs have the autonomy to complete their day-to-day. ● Spearhead a 5-person implementation team on the ISO9001:2015 program to improve overall operations and selling points by discussing docs/procedures in weekly meetings to be on track for a Dec 2023 completion. I can not understate the amount of skills and experience I have gained from this role. It has taught me much of my real-world experience. Show less

Holly Seed LLC was a small business located in the small town of Sheridan, WY primarily focused on beetroot seed processing. Outside of the natural challenges of agriculture, efficiency was the most important focus. ● Supported company operations and tracked financial performance through practicing accounting knowledge and utilizing general accounting principles by collaborating with management to ensure accurate payroll. ● Managed accounting functions like bookkeeping, etc. by applying expertise in cloud-based purchase-to-pay, e-invoicing, and payment processing programs (Comdata, Basware) to maximize the software’s efficiency. ● Evaluated ongoing 4 CAPX projects with the parent company to address critical concerns on replacing aging equipment through evaluating its cost & ROI to ensure company success through long-term efficiency. This role has taught me how to read and interpret contracts and understand the importance of the small details. These skills carried over to new roles and are still being used today. Show less
