Brooks is an excellent manager and a great coach. He has an eye for developing talent and helps grow the business through his knowledge of industry and commitment to the organization. I was just cutting my teeth in sales when I worked for Brooks. Brooks is an exceptional coach who was instrumental in training me, but then let me utilize my talents as opposed to micromanaging. Brooks work ethic is second to none, and I am thankful to have learned from the best.

Brooks is very talented and grounded professional. I had the opportunity to work and learn from Brooks early in my hospitality career as a young manager. The dedication and determination helped to Inspire my direction to study Event management. I have appreciated his job continued advice and mentoring from his years of experience.
