  I work in a team environment where we are given a task list to complete between two to three of us. Some of our daily tasks include going through the daily arrivals looking for anything that pops out, such as: any special requests or anything that may give us an idea about their stay to give it a personalized touch. We also go through the third parties to verify the reservations and we make sure that the prepaid reservations are routed correctly. We also help cover the breaks of the nearby bartenders.
