I was fortunate to work with Brooke for 6 years in her role as a Business Office Manager of a highly respected Assisted Living Community. She truly dedicates herself to her job and takes the time to connect with all of the people around her. She always made time for employees, residents and families, no matter the task and often went above and beyond for those she served. From making sure some residents had their jacket on and their hair just so before leaving the building for a visit with their families, to sitting with an upset employee and making their day better and respectfully having tough conversations with families regarding payment issues and more.
