My role starts at the beginning of the employee lifecycle. It includes position advertisement for recruitment, assisting with interviews and reference checks, new hire paperwork, onboarding, and more. I oversee bi-weekly time and salaried leave reporting submissions and approvals allowing payroll processing to function seamlessly. I maintain databases for various employee types using Microsoft Access and Excel. I utilize various HRIS systems to complete HR functions. I provide services for benefit information and enrollment sessions during open enrollment. I prepare and organize awards and purchases for the annual Employee Banquet. I assist employees with information on FMLA, retirement, Title 9, insurance, leave time, time sheets, leave reports, tax documentation and direct deposit updates, and more. I maintain the document filing system for compliance. I manage inbound and outbound courier deliveries.
