I have worked few months with Brooke but that was enough to appreciate her skills. During our time at Armani Australia she proofed to be able creating standard operating procedures & implementing process improvement processes to eliminate inefficiencies within the Logistics department. She easily adapted to change & able to handle & manage multiple personalities within our work place. She handled properly 3PL operations contributing improving the service to our stores as well as wholesale customers.

Brooke has an attention to detail that is second to none. We worked closely together over a period of approximately 6 years and Brooke has a 'whatever it takes' attitude towards her clients and her work, often going above and beyond, a work ethic not often seen nowadays. Brooke has extensive experience in the freight and logistics industry, moving from operational freight forwarding to managing the top 20 accounts of a large multi-national freight forwarder. Although she had no direct reports, Brooke supervised up to 6 people during account implementation. Centralisation of operations saw Brooke assist in the set up and training of staff to ensure the top accounts received a smooth transition and maintained a high level of customer service. This aspect, along with Brooke's well rounded knowledge of Cargowise saw her undertake the training of many U.S. based newcomers to the Cargowise system, whilst also based there herself. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Brooke. She is a pleasure to work with and an incredibly reliable worker.
