  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, under the supervision of Dr. Christina Villarreal-Davis, LPC-S, RPT-S, working at Wellspring of Life Counseling & Play Therapy Center. I enjoy working with adults addressing issues of anxiety, grief, & depression. Other issues I work with include adjustment concerns, parenting enhancement, family therapy along with play therapy, creative/art therapies, behavioral concerns & Christian counseling. I utilize play therapy in my counseling work with children ages 4 and older. I am working towards certification to be a registered play therapist. (Though I love working with all ages!) This pandemic had created a unique set of needs for each individual. Isolation, struggling to find ways to cope with the pain, and grief are common for many, yet you may feel completely alone. Please reach out if you're needing help during this time! You're not alone. I offer tele and in-person sessions on Tuesday-Friday. I look forward to hearing from you. In the spring of 2021, I will be leading online support groups exclusively for frontline healthcare workers. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, healthcare workers face unique circumstances which demand tremendous physical, mental, and emotional energy. This group will focus on giving those heroically serving our community a place to process their experiences, as well as the chance to engage with others who face similar challenges.
