Brooke possess all of the required skill set to continue to be a great outside(TSM) territory sales manager. She is very detailed and strategic when planning her week in the field. After her sales calls are made she uses Sales Force to document her conversations with the customers along with planning a follow up visit in her calender. In our weekly outside sales conference calls she was always involved in the discussions and offered positive sales selling suggestions to the other TSM's that have worked for her in the field. Brooke has that "Hunter" mentality along with a strategic vison to continually grow her customer base.
