  Being a manager was another role at this job that I took pride in. It gave me a lot of confidence to lead a whole team of 10 or more people at once and still do what was needed to make the store successful one shift at a time. I was trusted to be able to handle anything that was thrown at me during a shift and at the end of the night to handle $500+. I learned how to deal with angry customers and even uncooperative employees at times and how to get the best possible outcome out of a situation.
