Bronwyn was passionate about Marketing. She always ensured that everything that was possible, was measured & appraised at the end of a promotion. If you can measure it, you can improve it. Bronwyn's input was valuable across the whole group. As well as being a Franchisee in the group, I also worked across the table with Bronwyn & other executives & Franchisees and the FAC (Franchise Advisory Committee) with the Hairhouse Warehouse Group. She was strong, but willing to listen & adapt as well.

      Looking after the medicines portfolio has been a huge learning curve. Both OTC and ethical (prescriptions) are in my portfolio. Pharmacy is a heavily controlled industry with some significant profit pressures. There is enormous scope to engage with suppliers, customers and Pharmacists to deliver better, more profitable health outcomes.

      Bricks and Mortar stores need to grow and adapt in the changing environment. I have been signed on to help a major pharmacy group deliver their vision for their stores of the future. Look out for the news on this in March! From concept to imminent implementation it's been only 4 months but the outcome will reflect years of learnings from all involved. With this almost behind me I am now looking for the next great opportunity. Ideally it will be in a fast paced environment with lots to do.
