I found him to be very knowlegeable and also extremely pleasant and very 'hands-on'. He never shied away from any question or challenge that was presented to him, was always respectful even when pushed, and always completed tasks timely. He supported well over 150+ users in both inter and intra office environments. Often, the IT department was flooded with urgent support requests from dozens of users at the same time. Yet Bronie was always able to prioritize the assignments and managed to meet the expectations of all the users. It was very unfortunate that we lost Bronie when his position was eliminated due to departmental downsizing and reorganizing. Many months later I still hear comments from my colleagues praising Bronie's contributions to the company's IT dept. and I believe that is a testament to the quality of his work.
