My team inherited the ConnectTXT product from Bronek. Thanks to his explanation and help we could quickly get up-to-date to be able to maintain the infrastructure and understand the code.

During my time with Blackboard, I was tasked with putting together a development team in the Czech Republic. Bronislav was my first hire for that team. I was in a remote location to the team and needed an individual that had the same passion to team support that I had. Bronislav excelled in this aspect. I worked with Bronislav for approximately 3 years during which time he exceeded all of my expectations. He is not only a brilliant and highly technical individual, but also is extremely approachable and easily gained the respect of the entire team. Bronislav understands the need to both provide direction, but also the value in allowing the team to make their own decisions. He is supportive but also strong. He is willing to allow the team to make mistakes which promotes team growth, but also steps in when those decisions may lead to a negative business result. Bronislav has an excellent grasp to the value of communication and recognizes that it's important to keep his managers and team informed. He is not afraid to speak up when he thinks a decision is wrong and defends the team from outside pressures. Bronislav would be an asset to any organization and I would not hesitate at an opportunity to work with him again.
