During my first year with the fleet payments team I was nominated for employee of the month in July 2013 and I won employee of the year in 2013. On a day to day basis my tasks include: • Investigating payment queries and analysing fleet rebate whilst using large sums of money and ensuring clarity of information between parties involved • Organise and investigate data corrections for vehicles that have been registered incorrectly or payments have been unsuccessful. Involves looking at historic transactions to understand why process has failed • First point of contact for customers and dealers – providing fleet terms and payment details • Liaising with Business managers to resolve complex rebate issues and taking the appropriate corrective measure in a timely manner • Working closely with Fleet Deal Management team to amend deals and take a proactive approach to correct and prevent payment issues • Reducing Ford’s debt by communicating with customers to resolve their Debit Balances with Ford • Keeping customers and dealers updated weekly on outstanding queries, providing excellent customer service • Training new starters on the processes in place as well as a detailed brief on the payment and data systems that are used on a daily basis including Eurovac, Armada, Dealer Portal and Seer.
