Project highlights include, but not limited to, removal of all overhead eletrical lines to underground duct banks, total gut rehabs of all units, landscaping to beautify the complex and the addition of two on-site laundry facitilites. Superintendent for two (Academic and Daycare) of the six newly constructed buildings for the New Kennedy King College Campus located on 63rd St. and Halsted, Chicago, IL.Assistant Project Manager/Superintendent for the Chicago International Charter Schools (CICS) Design/Build school renovation and construction. Responsible for ADA code compliance, bid management, contract management, monitering, scheduling, monthly payments, quality control and closeout.
