  Started in 2013 with only 700 different skus of parts and no parts were recorded in our business software, Today we have over 6000 different parts skus. Over the past 4 years, I have recorded all of parts into our business software and also created a barcoding system for all of these parts that works with our business software. We have expanded our parts department 3 times, most recently we added a 2nd level (mezzanine) to the parts storage department. I have been the project manager for every improvement we have made to the parts department during our growth. Our current inventory level of parts is currently over 8 Million USD. Where i have kept over 95% inventory accuracy during my tenure. Ive also worked with the service department installing new machines, replacing spindles, working on the Pallet change system, and working withe Tool change system, Daily I utilize my knowledge I have gained over the 2 plus years about Matsuura machines, Electrical/Mechanical drawings, and our Japanese database to find parts for customers machines. I also use our business software to create and submit to various vendors that we purchase parts/service tools and warehouse supplies. Weekly we have defective spindles that need to be returned to Japan. So i use installation reports and create customs documentation to prepare these spindles to ship internationally. Show less
