      SwampDogs Internship- The Fayetteville SwampDogs are a collegiate summer baseball team playing in the Coastal Plain League. As a summer intern, was given four different tasks of management skills that were split up every two and half weeks given to complete for the summer. The four tasks were Concessions Management, Concourse Management, Miller Lite Liberty Lounge, and the Ticket Booth/ Souvenir Stand. Concessions Management- Managed over staff of ten different employees which ages ranged from fifteen to thirty years old. Produced and completed many tasks such as cooking food, distribution, money management, and regulatory inventory as well. Concourse Management- In charge of getting the stadium set up for many sponsor tables while managing five employees in my staff. Took charge of many group packages such as giving tours of the field and history, taking groups on the field to meet the players. In charge of the Kids Area, where there were two blow up areas and a rock climbing wall. Miller Lite Liberty Lounge- Managed three employees while changing beer kegs, money exchange, distribution methods, developed many CRM's in the lounge, also making sure every customer was satisfied and had a fun time. Ticket Booth/Souvenir Stand- Distributed tickets to various customers. Shadowing three employees to make sure if they need money exchange, ticket information, promotional information, stadium information. Souvenir stand was properly designed to draw the customer’s eyes to buy various products of the SwampDogs apparel with product positioning. Professional Selling- I was designated to go out and present many selling points to various companies such as car dealerships, restaurants. This also consisted of many cold calls, corporate angel selling, and even sponsor selling. Kids Camp- We, as interns were in charge of setting up kids camp days and make sure the company was able to teach kids how to play the game with areas of pitching, hitting, fielding techniques.
