  I started my career at Aerotek as an entry level recruiter & advanced to the position of Account Recruitment Manager in 4 months. As an Account Recruitment Manager, I was solely responsible for managing the client relationship and fulfillment for two our Langley's largest accounts. My day to day responsibilities included: discussing roles with managers, sourcing and screening potential candidates, setting up interviews with client hiring managers, discussing feedback, negotiating offers, and managing performance once a contractor was placed. I also met with the hiring managers to discuss upcoming projects that would change manpower needs. In peak periods, I would also manage other recruiters to ensure our clients' needs were met. At the peak, I had placed 40 skilled trades people within one of my clients and 30 warehouse employees within another.
