Brittni and I worked closely one several top clients together. With Brittni's problem solving skills, ability to foresee future campaigns and initiatives; we were always able to collaborate and deliver high quality, final products. When Brittni moved from her Account Manager role and more into a specialist role, together we worked to help identify gaps with trainings and education within the digital teams. Together, we were able to come up with solutions, streamline training materials and overviews that benefit new employees joining the different digital teams. This helped reduce the anxiety, stress and the feeling of being overwhelmed in the new role. Brittni came to Ad Operations after a few years in Member Services, but with little to no experience/knowledge of Ad Operations. Within the first two weeks she had caught onto a variety of challenging concepts, providing and was putting in orders herself with ease. I have never seen a new employee catch onto Ad Operations as quickly as she has, and it was extremely impressive and admirable.
