Within our Talent Management function I fully own and execute our Employee Experience surveys and action planning around survey results, partnering on the department and org-wide levels. Historically I have supported the development of people manager training and resources and have helped build other Talent Management initiatives from the ground up. I officially split my role between Talent Management and a formal DEI function in February 2022, which has included community managing our employee resource groups; developing high level strategy alongside our Head of Employee Experience & DEI, C-Suite, and external consultant; and partnering closely with our People Analytics and Talent Acquisition functions to lead inclusive sourcing, interviewing, and hiring initiatives.
