I helped supervised a staff of five resident assistants and attended to the needs of the roughly 170 students living in my residence hall. As part of my position, I created the duty calendar each semester, processed work orders, conducted bi-weekly individuals with my staff members, held roughly three office hours a week, and worked with my supervising Graduate Residence Director on building wide initiatives. I also took part in the duty rotation and created bulletin boards and programming for the residents of the hall. Show less
