Core Regional Account Manager Job Tasks · Prioritize leads generated from AMIE to prospect and qualify facility clients (i.e. directors, administrators) based on historical staffing usage/volume, and revenue potential. · Establish and cultivate long-term, effective partnerships with facility clients to gain in-depth knowledge by unit and by contact of their current staffing trends, and future needs. · Consult with and educate clients, via high volume phone calls and an effective discovery strategy, to introduce and sell the full spectrum of Allied staffing solutions in order to drive new orders and sustain current business.
