Utilized restorative measures to reduce and prevent chronic truancy at one of the largest middle schools in Dallas. In addition to working with students with attendance issues, I also served as the parent liaison. During my tenure, over 90% of parents had access to and utilized an online portal that showed parents their child's grades in real time, up from 40% participation.
