I have had the pleasure of working with Brittany since 2012 at Ventures and have always appreciated her vision, commitment to making an organization sustainable, and always being aligned with the mission of the organization. In my experience in working on multiple and complex projects with Brittany, she has the ability to balance the strategic and the tactical, leading both teams of staff, board, and funders. She excels at collaborative projects, bringing a systems lens to HR and operations, and is passionate about her work and helping others succeed in their roles. I have learned so much from her and appreciate her willingness to always share her knowledge.

I had the privilege of working with Brittany for over four years, through my board service service at Ventures. Since I met her, I was very impressed with her very strong communication and problem solving skills. In the past two years, I have seen her grown into a leadership role where she became a people manager. Just like anything she does, she took this challenge with a great deal of proactivity, energy and passion. She learned very quickly how to be the an effective leader for her team. It’s has been a pleasure working with Brittany and I have no doubt she will be a great asset to any organization she is part of.

Brittany did a quick and thorough analysis of Hunger Intervention Program's grant portfolio. What I appreciated most was her very specific recommendations with clear guidance on how to achieve them. She even included potential grant opportunities, sample narratives, and both short-term as well as long-term strategies to be successful with fundraising. Our board of directors found her report valuable and actionable. It was a pleasure to work with Brittany!
