It is not often you find a an employee with data acumen, personality, and a desire to learn from every opportunity. But with Brittany, I found all three. I oversee the L&D function for Landing and had the opportunity to see Brittany learn and grow from her time in the Member Experience department. Her ability to synthesize complex information and relay it to our members was unmatched. She was dedicated to supporting our members and building strong relationships with them. She was also an immense team player while we worked together. She would check on her colleagues and provide support for them, whether answering a question, mentoring new agents, or being a sounding board for upper leadership. 11/10 would recommend Brittany to join their organization.
