I met Brittany in 2018 when she was a relatively new transfer student in the Sustainable & Renewable Energy program at Illinois State University. Since that time, I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Brittany is several capacities through my roles as Academic Advisor, instructor for TEC 100- Professional Development in Technology, and coordinator of our departmental Student Ambassador program. Brittany’s personality and academic abilities led her to be nominated and selected as a Department of Technology Student Ambassador, which is a leadership role offered in our department to twelve deserving students who we believe will be positive and helpful role models to other students- both prospective and current.
