  As a Senior Consultant, my role was to advise and support independent insurance agencies as they work to transform their businesses from commodity-oriented agencies to solution providers. I helped them systematically improve relationships with clients across their entire book of business by sharing best practices from top agents in the industry, providing strategic coaching, and directly reaching out to their clients to arrange review appointments. My goal was to transform the agencies I serve, help them grow their businesses strategically, and provide them with more opportunities to serve their clients.
