The third branch of T&E trains new hires who join the customer support team. I lead the maintenance of that process, timeline, and materials. I oversee tasks and workflows involving multiple teams, track and report progress, help contributors with task management, evaluate impact and need from customer/partner feedback, report on relevant metrics, coordinate cross-functionally to prepare and execute large scale projects, and more.
