Provided support to 3 team members during project planning, unit testing, business process review and documentation, data loads, reporting, and training of the accounting team. Continuous process improvement for payroll, accounts payable, and general ad hoc assistance to accounting. Backend support for ADP GL mapping between payroll and accounting. Quarterly PBJ reporting including employee timekeeping, contract labor hours and invoices, and creating process documentation for internal use. Utilizing SimplePBJ to stay compliant with PBJ rules and standards to submit 11 locations by quarterly deadlines. Process documents were used to train the payroll and AR teams on this process.Created the quarterly CA Attestation Review and internal process documentation. Reviewed time keeping and attestation for 3 locations. Findings were reported to the regional ops director, executive directors, and HR for review and process improvement at the community level. This review was used to stay compliant with CA’s time keeping laws, internal time and pay standards, and to identify risks and areas of improvement.
